Data Preparation, Dashboards, Visualization, Evaluation and Feasibility

Full Overview

We are atlas builders and system integrators with a core focus on data visualization literacy. We publish in high impact journals, our code is high quality, and we communicate our work well to diverse audiences. In addition to developing web applications in support of data visualization, we develop software for virtual, augmented, and mixed reality hardware (VR, AR, MR) and run human-subject studies to validate our user interfaces.

Example Projects

I was awarded a R03 award entitled “3D Human Reference Body: Multiscale Exploration and Visualization of Biomolecular Data in Virtual Reality” (Opportunity Number RFA-RM-24-006, 2025-2026, see https://grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/rfa-files/RFA-RM-24-006.html).
