Biography

Dr. Kwak’s research program explores the complex interactions between humans and AI in digital environments, focusing on leveraging AI's capabilities to enhance information access, understanding, and communication. Specific research topics involve subjects such as information quality evaluation, knowledge integration, social media dynamics, evaluation of AI Systems, & public perception of AI.

Dr. Kwak’s Lab has published two papers since joining IU, and has several different findings accepted by several well- known organizations/conferences.
